I'm calling BS...not one word in the article about Luc or a commitment. I think the caption is worded poorly...it says he's attending FSU, they just "forgot" to put in the for an official visit this weekend part.

i was thinking that... If Jeff Luc chose FSU, that would be the story not the fact that the new staff might help recruiting..

I'm very interested in FSU naming their new DC on Tuesday. The top 4 candidates that I've heard are Sunseri, Smart, and Foster. I just don't see any of those happening, especially not Tuesday. Sunseri is the best possibility because it would actually be a promotion. Smart and Foster would be making lateral moves to a shaky situation where they are already in very safe coaching jobs. Sunseri isn't a knockout hire regardless.

I think FSU fans will be highly disappointed if they expect to hire any of the other 3. Sunseri would be a disappointment for a different reason.

From what i've heard it will be either Sunseri or (most likely) smart, and it will be named on Tuesday. It says a lot that he will be visiting FSU the day after his HS football game, and on the day Bama-UF play in the championship game....my question is where are your insiders not tryin to sound cocky but i've been bashed on here all along and im just tryin to give balance lol....We will know by Monday maybe sooner whether he's a Vol of Nole.

My bad, I only put 3 candidates. I've heard Van Gorder thrown around but I don't see that one happening either.

Sunseri would be similar to hiring Thompson as our DC last year. Good position coach right now, but probably not the best option at DC.

Settle down. The caption below the photo doesn't jive with the article.

Not saying he won't go, but I wouldn't put much stock in it until I hear him say it.

I'm not sure on that because a Nole insider I've talked to says that Luc may make another visit to UT pretty soon as well.

Smart or Sunseri may be announced Tuesday, but I'm not thinking that Nick would be too happy about his team losing focus during their run for a NCG just so that FSU can use that for recruiting purposes.

I'm not quite sure why Smart would leave Bama in the first place. He was a GA under Bowden for a year but Bowden is gone. He's coached under Saban at LSU, Miami, and Bama and this was just his first year there. Seems like he likes to coach under Saban.

No im being honest. Luc has already said that he would schedule 1 last visit which is now known to be FSU. You have to realize that when i brought this FSU stuff up about 3 days ago ya'll were saying he was a "lock" for UT and all i said was there is no way that was true. Im not saying he is a seminole all im saying is this weekend is going to be very interesting

Luc has let no one in on his intentions and yet you know exactly what his plans are? For some reason, I doubt you really know what he is going to do. Like I said, a very trusted FSU insider on TOS has said he very well may be taking another visit to UT in the next couple weeks.

Word going around that his teammate Deon Rogers will end up switching from UGA to FSU soon...

These kids must be getting sold something that is being kept low key....I just don't see FSU getting all this attention with all the unkowns.

A Hokie insider said the Wednesday that unless something big happens, Foster will be the next coach at Marshall. TIFWIW
