Well I think it's safe to say that no matter whether he rides the pine at USC/UF or is a star for us- we will never, ever, ever, ever be able to forget the name Jesse Scroggins.

i agree, but i got a feeling he would have many different pros and cons than we would, and frankly i dont think theyd be much in our favor at this point... but i still have some hope, but very little

Agreed, they make me sick. They don't even need him. I realize it's his decision and he wants to stay home, but I truly believe he will regret his decision in a few years. USC better start warming up that bench for him...

Why does last week matter? lol We never got any good info on this as I recall. Now my gut says USC bound as well. But I am basing my guess on the fact it is easier to commit to USC then take officials to Uf and UT. And decide later. If he commits to us USC will offer another.

Scroggins is staying on the west coast guys. This "recruitment saga" is the most transparent yet. He said that a return trip to Knoxville or Gainsville was not out of the question earlier, but now he's not and is ready to announce this week. Would love to have the guy, but just don't think it's in the cards this time.

Remember that return trip for BB?

In my opinion it would be ridiculous not to come to UT. Two words. MATT BARKLEY

No quest. If true this is a really BIG loss and another year without a big time QB that would help our recruiting NOT saying its the end of the world for the class just hurts.But if he does go to USC does anyone think that we still recruit him???

BTW, does anybody have the video of his announcement? I've been wanting to see it for awhile, but I can't find it anywhere. I just loved how he threw the LSU hat...

If we were going to re-recruit a QB with little to no chance of decommitting, we might as well go after Jake Heaps again.
