I would love to see a Scroggins/Stephens/Lamaison/ battle for the job and thats not counting out if Rettig or a guy like Newton also come.

What wasn't accurate about his post? QB's always commit early for all the reasons he mentioned, as well as because most schools only take ONE QB per year, where every other position generally has multiple players taken. QBs commit early to assure their spot and not miss out.

I heard James Bryant on the radio and he said that he has heard that USC is not the leader,but he didn't say Tennessee was the leader.

Speaking of that,I had a terrible dream last night that I turned the TV to ESPN and at the bottom it said
"Lakewood California QB Jesse Scroggins verbally commits to Florida".:no:

So I immediately turned the TV on and made sure it wasn't true.

I disagree. UF is better than they are, and when was the last time they had an undefeated season?
Going up against that many top 10 teams every year is not only difficult from a percentages/odds standpoint, but it takes a major toll, physically. You're going up against team with players as big or bigger, fast or faster, and lays the wood as hard or harder.
Ask a trainer what he thinks. It would change your mind.

i feel really good on landing scroggins,after feldman on sa this afternoon and bryant.fl is out and usc is lacking.just like he said usc got in to late...scroggins to milton give him 6 go vols..

i think he is all vol,the longer it goes the more i see a dramatic vol announcment,see bb ....and rettig was for a 2nd like they said they will take 2 qbs this year.
