I hope he will see the light. And realize that Tennessee is the best choice for him. If he committed elsewhere, he would regret that decision for the rest of his life.

I dont see how the University could get in trouble because some rogue media member feels the need to call Scroggins and tell him that CUM is full of BS. How in the world can UT prevent something like that from happening?

Thats completely retarded to punish the school for the actions of someone totally un-related to that institution. Do the idiots at the NCAA expect every school in college athletics to be able to police the actions of EVERY fan across the nation? Recruiting is so completely ass-backwards it makes my head spin.

Most schools always "impress" recruits. I just hope Jesse isnt dumb enough to think that Meyer is going to change his offense for him. He would sign him and set him on the bench for 4 years just to keep him away from other SEC schools.

I have a question. When is Scroggins gonna be at UF? He is supposed to arrive in Knoxville on the 15th after camping at Gainesville. That's like 22 hours away. I'm assuming he's already in Gainesville. Anyone know for sure?

i got a feeling that our staff will find a tactful way of making that obviously clear to Jesse. i disagree about Meyer's intentions for him though. i think he will try to turn him into the typical Tebow quarterback. it would take an absolute idiot to believe that Meyer would change the offense that has won him 2 NCs and that his team is taylored to, personnel wise. we saw how the Moody experiment worked out last year.

I thought he was going to UT, UF, USC in that order.

We won NC with Leak at QB and took 85 - 90% of our snaps in 2006 under center. He changed his offense to fit Leak. Why would he not revolve his offense around a great passer?

After Tebow leaves there is no doubt that UF will change its offense, but the question is to what extent. We will see soon enough with Brantley as he is an athletic pro-style QB.

I personally don't think Meyer is lying about changing the offense, but it will never be a true traditional pro-style offense that features drop back passes and a heavy dose of the running back.
