If you're talking about WR/TE/RB, there's plenty of talent, but they're undeveloped from the previous sh*tty staff.
WR has 4 4* WR and one of the top Pac 10 receivers (most receptions in Pac 10).
TE has a 5* and 4* that were both nationally recruited in 08 and 07.
Tailback has like 6 players with 2 4*. One of them was a nationally recruited Tailback (Chris Polk).
I don't know if the talent is better than U Tenn (certainly not at RB), but it isn't the talent of a 0-12 team.
