Ever since Matt Leinart, Reggie Bush, and LenDale White left USC, the Trojan offense has lacked that scare and explosiveness the teams in 04 and 05 possessed.

Why bother linking Bleacher Report stuff. It's written by fans with a particular slant toward their school. The guy that wrote that blog is a USC fan, he said so himself.

I just thought it would be interesting to see the USC side of the equation, from their fans. That's all.

Exactly,what happens if we don't get a high profile QB next year?Is everyone gonna say "We will get someone in 2012"?Kiffin doesn't have that long to get "his guy" in here.

There's a huge difference between Kiffin and Fulmer at this point. I criticized Fulmer because his recent performance on the field and the recruiting trail warranted criticism. The Fulmer-Clawson experiment was a proven failure.

When Kiffin says a certain player does not fit his system, I will give him the benefit of the doubt until I see the results on the field. If his recruiting moves lead to long-term struggles on the field, THEN I will question his decisions. But for now, I will give him the benefit of the doubt, especially given the way he closed out the class of '09.

And even though Scout and Rivals may show Munchie with a UT offer, I PROMISE you that the coaches would not accept a commitment from him. He doesn't have an offer RIGHT NOW.

His father has known his decision and he suddenly states that distance is not a factor (a father ultimately supporting his son's decision over his own wishes). This process has been very emotional for their family and he wants his father by his side for the ending!

2. Scroggins will make his announcement on ESPN.

How many kids announce via ESPN IN JULY? Why would ESPN give a flying F about the #100 player in America choosing the home town school? Now announcing UT would certainly garner attention....

3. Bailey.... It is now known that Bailey had already informed USC coaches of his decision weeks ago. I believe that Bailey has been trying to convince Scroggins to choose USC and they could announce together as they had originally envisioned. Scroggins admits his decision was made prior to the Oregon camp yet Bailey suddenly announces alone....

I'm telling you fellas, Scroggins will be a Vol come Wednesday!

I believe it will be USC as well. Its hard to beat Pete Carrol at recruiting especially since Matt Cassel never played a down at USC and he still got a big contract in the NFL (That alone is a huge recruiting tool). So even if he only plays one year @ USC that will probably be enough. I wish he would pick UT but he lives just 15-20 miles from USC, I really don't think he will go across the country to play.
