I agree but what makes me feel confident is that his coaches have said all of his practice is not on a hs block

Yeah, but Palardy has started kicking w/o a tee. The kick off is only 5 yards back (i think). Palardy kicks it 10 yards out of the end zone, so he shouldnt have a prob.

I've been giving Rettig's commitment today some thought. Curious why he chose to do it today of all days. As I put on my orange colored glasses and finish drinking my KoolAid, I think it's possible he committed to BC today because he and Scroggins have talked and Scroggins told him he will announce to UT. And Rettig didn't want it to look like he accepted BC's offer as a fallback. I mean, Rettig is Catholic and all, but let's face it....BC is not in the same class as UT and the SEC and never will be. Clearly distance isn't a factor, like Scroggins. Given our depth chart, etc., this doesn't add up to me. So what he if wasn't our #1 choice to begin with. He wasn't BC's #1 choice either.

Hopefully this should clear some stuff up about Jacques and Scroggins.

I just got off the phone with him (he's a real nice kid, actually asked me how I was doing, he's the first guy to do that) and I asked him about Scroggins and he said he hasn't talked a whole lot to him, and only real contact he's had with Jesse has been messaging through myspace, and Jesse just gave him his top three and that was it. Also said he's trying hard to get James Stone to come to Tennessee, but that James is far from a decision. Said he's just excited to get on campus and start working.

of course he isnt gonna tell a reporter that he thinks he is coming here. he isnt gonna give it away to anybody. thats scroggins business not jacquess. why would he tell reporters and people he thinks scroggins is gonna come here and than it gets out in public and ruins jesses commitment

That's good to hear. OHS seems to be the HS of choice in the county for a lot of these athletes so you have help.
