I'm glad Dooley is taking a lot of DB's and S's in this class. Janzen is solid, but the dropoff of talent after Berry and Rogan was too much. Plus we may be moving to a different type of defense with Wilcox. GBO

Ronnie Lott is probably the best ever. Ball skills, coverage, run support and big hitting ability. Taylor was very talented but I have yet to see the next Ronnie Lott.

Ronnie Lott is probably the best ever. Ball skills, coverage, run support and big hitting ability. Taylor was very talented but I have yet to see the next Ronnie Lott.

The dude was a beast plain and simple he was not the next Ronnie Lott because he was the next Sean Taylor. He could take WRs and TEs out of the game and come up in the running game like a big hitting LB. Nothing else like him.

I'm saying he would have been at the least his equal had he gotten to play his career out. Say what you want he was the most feared safety of this era of football.

It's obvious Lott was before your time.I'm not saying Taylor wasn't good but he wasn't in Ronnie Lott's league and that's a fact.I'm not going to get into an argument with you over who's was better because you'll lose that argument big time.I guess next you'll be telling me that Donald Driver is better than Jerry Rice.

Rumor was that his Dad called and told the staff my son will be a Vol. But nothing is certain until Byron says it himself.

Just heard an update Moore is supposed to be announcing (committing) tomorrow at lunchtime, however some things have leaked.
