09 CA S Byron Moore - UT Commit

Quote from Rivals:

"Right now all the schools are pretty much even," Moore said. "I'm just waiting to take all my trips and then will sit down and evaluate all them. But I have a real high interest level in Miami

i hear golden and the cane(name?) are becoming a thing(see picture at miamicane). think byrons okay with a coach into that kinda stuff?

"Tennessee was great, I loved it," Moore said. "Coach Derek Dooley and the staff has the program on the rise and are building the program back up so I like what they are doing at Tennessee.

"Ole Miss was another great trip," Moore said. "Coach Houston Nutt and their defensive coordinator Tyrone Nix are real good guys. I really felt comfortable with their whole staff.

"Both the Tennessee and the Ole Miss staff's, I feel comfortable with," Moore said. "The opportunity to play early is at both of those schools.

"So I feel real good with those two schools and Ohio State this weekend was another good trip," Moore said. "It's going to be a hard decision."

lol love this site

lets hope byron picks the right school for his future
I'm psychic and his future is best in orange and white.

Sorry bud, I like you but if we don't have him we'll probably be playing 2 true freshmen next year.

Fortenberry said he's down to Tennessee, Miami, Oregon State, and Ole Miss.

He hasn't visited Oregon State and Miami yet, and will do so in January.

I like our chances.

He has connections to Oregon State, & I still wouldnt rule out UCLA. I said it a few pages back, if he does come to the East Coast then it will be Tennessee. I still think he stays out West.

I think the disagreement was that I said we would take one more DB(not counting Loften), which I still believe, and jmoore did say that we would take both if we could.

In fairness, jmoore you did say that you thought Byron Moore would stay out west several times.

I still think we will take one more DB because we have other needs to fill. We already have Thomas, Coleman, Randolph, Martin, and possibly Loften. Add these guys with Waggner, Gordon, Teague, Anderson, Oliver, Jackson, Brewer, and you have more than enough for next season.

I can't remember where but I think I remember Moore saying that he wanted to play in the SEC. At first I thought he would end up staying out west, but I really think we're in good standing with Moore.
