09 CA S Byron Moore - UT Commit

How many former Vol DBs are still on the league? I know Berry, Grant, Wilson, Greer, Allen, and Wade but I feel like I am missing someone. Is Baker still on a team somewhere?

Tennessee yes. Wilcox yes. Joseph idk, too early to tell, but he's been solid so far this year on the coaching side of things.

Ole Miss....putting DBs in the league? hmmmm I can't recall one Black Bear off the top of my head.

"My updated list of schools I'm considering are Tennessee, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Oregon State, LSU, UCLA and Washington," said Moore.

Moore visited Tennessee officially over the weekend.

"It was real nice there," said Moore. "I loved it."

"One of my January visits, to either Washington or Oregon State, might get changed for LSU," said Moore.

The 2 schools I'm most worried about are Ohio State & LSU. He wants to play in the SEC so it could be a LSU/UT battle.

I'd rather be in a battle with Ohio State and LSU knowing that he wants to play in the SEC that be in a battle with Pac 10 teams knowing he wants to stay on the left coast

If he truly wants early playing time and to play in the SEC, it shouldn't be a hard decision.

He would be an impact player here from day one.

I'm guessing LSU will have a secondary spot open up once Patterson leaves next year, so that could be problematic, although they are probably stacked in their secondary because they have been tearing it up in recruiting in previous years (and this year). We have been doing well recruiting toe-to-toe with LSU recently (J. Worley, P. Martin, the USC punter and somebody else comes to mind, although they got Anthony Johnson).

patterson is a CB

Well, LSU has 2 secondary positions opening. Jai Eugene, who is a Safety, is a Senior. Both guys have Fr. behind them on the depth chart.
