Dame Sarr, Neoklis Avdalas & Luka Bogavac. Those 4 seem to be the top international guys still exploring college possibilities along with sticking in the NBA Draft. Also had forgotten about Camron McDowell, unproven at this level but 2nd leading JUCO scorer and is at the NBA combine, would include him.
