Let Butch get the staff he thinks he needs to win. He knows the state of the Vol Nation and knows we are aching to have a winning season and go bowling. I like this hire, he's proven he can win games with athletes that aren't as talented as the ones UT has and can recruit in the future.

I think Butch is a better hire than Dooley was. He had one bad year in his first year of coaching in 2010. His last two years showed that he learned from his mistakes and started winning games, which is more than our previous coach ever did. I'm willing to give him a shot.

Petrino, I agree. Pay him to come in and get UT back up in the upper ranks of the SEC.

No one is arguing about what Saban has built. The fact is Saban took his team and showed improvement each year from his start at Alabama. That has yet to be done here, moral victories and the fact that the o-line is looking better doesn't win games and put people in the stands. Three years is...

A coach that's worth his salt can take a mediocre player/team and coach them up to a level that's competitive. Maybe not elite or BCS championship competitive every year, but competitive enough to win some that were unexpected wins. It all goes back to the coaches: players attitude...
