Way off on the teacher guess. I really want to know when you believe you should start holding these college kids accountable for what they do? Does a switch magically flip when they graduate? I agree that the play calling leaves something to be desired, but the actions on the field...

Then when do you start? These college kids are the ones who have to make this happen. If they were in the work force and didn't do something right, they would be blamed. If they don't turn in their school work, they are blamed. If they don't execute a defense, it is the coaches fault?
