It posted without me getting to finish my point. User error lol. But if you look at the numbers we are middle of the pack recruiting classes, middle of the pack (if that) transfer classes. The sport is contingent on bringing in players, and the way you do that has changed.

I think most people are confused as to what Tennessee and CJH need in a GM. If you look at a lot of the other schools who have hired GMs, the moves have been largely PR moves in my opinion, not really addressing where college football is today and not really using the role to give their programs...
