I'd love to see Kevin Simon on the coaching staff my dream scenario going off of the staff you just listed would be Washington Co-DC or sole DC and DT, Garner DE, Simon OLB, Steele Co-DC or just ILB, Martinez S, CB? That would give us 6 defensive coaches give one of them Special teams as well...

how do we restructure the staff to get Pittman now! dont believe Pruitt gets rid of Friend...do we get rid of Weinke and have Neidemeyer coach RB/TE and have Pittman coach Tackles and Friend coach interior o line or vice versa (like rumph with olbs and sherrer Ilbs)?
