I want the same and I'm fine with that type of buyout clause but I also want to be relevant again and hopefully he brings us back to that

I honestly am fine with him coaching through the playoffs as long as he is finalizing our recruiting class and getting a staff together while he's getting his team ready. I think he doesn't want to leave the players this late in the game more than the actual team if he's the players coach...
