I wasn’t discounting what he does bring to the team, I know he brings a lot and is an elite defender. I was just saying if defenses had to at least respect him at the 3 point line, it opens the floor for everyone else and helps his ability to drive to the hoop. But he does got to stop fouling...
Gosh I was just thinking the same about Mashack. I kept remembering first of the season they kept talking about how he put up an upsurd number of shoots, and how if he can just be a respectable 3 point shooter how much it would open the offense. He shot one tonight and missed, but would not...
I’m not 100%, fairly confident but not 100%. What if Georgia whips Texas in the SEC championship game by 25-30 points and they look awful, or vice versa?? Does that put one of those teams behind TN? Or in between Ohio State and TN? Who knows
Absolutely, lol. But they haven’t thrown many at all this year. Whether it’s Nico can’t hit them accurately/consistently enough or the WRs not getting their blocks with them, or just coach not going there with those greens who knows
IMO Alabama has been so bad at the run, and we’ve been good, it looks like so far they are really focusing n stopping the run and playing it well. I’d go maybe a little more run with Sampson than we have been, the sideline WR screen passes are open but we’re not throwing them for some reason...
With the TO difference and way offense is playing, it’s a small miracle we’re only down 7-0.
For you guys saying this is on Heupel you’re crazy, we’ve missed 2 FGs and 2 TD passes over the top. We’ve got to execute
Should be 14-0. Again, if Nico isn’t more accurate werent not going to be able to win. Alabama is playing the run, this game will come down to Nico completing passes
It would have been a great catch if he did, I don’t think he could have got it with 2 hands. But if Nico is more accurate, he catches that on the run and gets YAC
My goodness I hope we can pick up a good transfer OT in the portal for next year to go with Heard. Although it’s not often a freshman starts in the SEC on the O-line, Sanders might be asked to
Edey doesnt have one foul, not one!!! I’ve counted at least 4 that could have been called, including getting Estrella on the arm in that tip back attempt. No way a center that plays the whole half around the basket in a game like this and doesn’t have one foul
