Maurer Doesn't have the Arm Strength to be the Starter. I love his Energy but wish he would consider moving to WR. I like our chances better With JG , Bailey and even Shrout better. Don't know enough about Hill or Bittner.
uh wrong, phil was a great qb after the lights came on for him. mcconkey, manuel, turner, ingram were not great bavaro was the only above avg set of hands he had. not to mention the best superbowl perf ever.
bill walsh wanted him more than montana fwiw.
manning
tony robinson
heath shuler
jimmy streeter
tee martin
andy kelly tied for 5th
and id prob give jeff francis a mention he put up some decent numbers in liminted pt
if theese kids can get back on track after the latest fiasco, we can suprise someone like fl or lsu this year and we may loose to sc jr and ky thats kinda the direction im leaning.
this is true but i belive when this year is done wed love to have meanderd our way to 7 or 8 wins. i think we get 10 next year though. if a few things go our way.
i could possibley see him as a nickel back, but i dont think he would be verry good at playing the run, with all the spread ofense theese days your corners are gona need to be proficiant at that. but id say he will stick to wr.
i tend to agree, i think 3 step drops and quick reads will be our bread and butterl. and i belive the oregon game will be high scoreing. im gona say 31-28 UT. palardy kicks a 50 yarder for the win.
thats deff my number 2 game:rock: but i gota go for the 86 sugar bowl, thats when i really became a vol fan even though i was brought up wearing orange.
i talked to matt simms and he said this crew is really making him look good, he raved about da'rick and zach rogers specificly. he said when meline sharpes up his routes hes going to be tough to cover also.
i smell a book deal. might even be intresting or verry boreing.
i just wonder what friends he talks to on the computer sence he was trapped for 23 years?
i mean alot changes over that much time.
