You cannot tell me that these coaches are incapable of motivating these players to execute. HE!! that is their job right. Whether it is clawson, adkins or whoever. If they can't do it they need to get some one who can. I know of a team in ALABAMA that has less talent than we have and is playing...

Poor leadership reflects poor performance, I hear all the time that it is up to the players to excute. I believe that you have to put some of the blame on the players. (ie O-line, QB's and Wr's) but how many times is this going to be an excuse. Something is wrong with Vol football. :banghead2:
