Potentially stupid question about reviews in college baseball. If a runner is ruled out and there is challenge. Since a tie should go to the runner, does all there have to be is evidence that there was at least a tie or does it have to be clear evidence that the runner was safe to overturn?

1. Outside of potentially getting a #2 seed, every game Aidoo and BHH seem to get more comfortable so the more game experience they can get in the SEC tourny by making a run the better off they should be for the NCAA tournament.
