We had 8 scholarships left unused. Gran was allegedly tubs 2nd best recruiter. That's a big big fail.

I guess the last several years of watching Tubs, Gran, Knox, etc. recruit so horribly gives me no insight on the subject.

One of our beat writers that is from Virginia said last week that phil was on a very short "athletic director's desk drawer list"...He said UVA "covets" phil, dooley, and an NFL guy whose name escapes me.. I thought this was unbelievable and worth noting..
