Normally if a quarterback has accuracy issues it's his footwork and release, which are mechanics that can be improved rather quickly. If we have good quarterback coaching he will make huge steps in that department in the two years on campus. Strong arm is what can't be taught.....

Here is my breakdown on JG, and much of this has been mentioned before. Very strong arm, could work on accuracy mostly on deep balls though. Mainly needs to work on his pre read of the defense. This is mostly a result of being a Butch recruit as with the rest there was not any development...

They can get mental combine reps....that will help them in the draft process I'm sure

Depending on what the guy has been taught coming in, running back coach can be very impactful, a prime example for UT fans would be Trooper Taylor, look what he done when he come in as RB coach, and had those guys producing that season, then switched to receiver coach and made such a huge impact...

No, that's the worst thing for a quarterback is having to play looking over his shoulder, it leads to second guessing and not playing fast enough. You can't rotate based on a bad play here or there, you.coach them through it, and get them ready for the next play/series.

I don't get the complaints about Amazon beiing hard work, it's not, it's an easy job, try working in manufacturing. They are very demanding and it's all about the overhead, they are it, they can't push it onto anyone else so they have to push workers. Work is work, fast food is an awful job...

Here's the thing, this is his first true recruiting class, they need to be juniors to see what he is doing with the team. That will be 2021, of course your looking at starting a new QB that season, but by then you should see huge development of OL and the defense should be installed completely...
