I understand. I was only suggesting to not look only at Alumni. We Bama fans almost broke the fax machines and clogged up the phone lines at the University begging for Mike Dubose and we got him only to live to regret it big time.

Be real careful about only looking at Alumnus. We tried that at Alabama with DuBose and then again with Shula. As you know that did not work out well for us.

Now this one is funny. Are you also suggesting that when Bama has down years they should suspend the series until things improve? That's not how scheduling works. Remember, this is a series of streaks and at some point the Vols will have the upper hand.

As a long time Bama fan, I hope the annual Tennessee/Alabama game continues. I always enjoy the semi-annual trip up to Knoxville. I can't imagine any true Tide or Vol fan wanting this series to end. It has always been a series of streaks and it is always a thrill to see the Tide end one of those...

Unfortunately all of us have some obnoxious fans. I'll bet that if we went to our respective stadiums wearing the visiting team's clothing, we would all be surprised at how bad many of our own fans are!!
