When Jimmy Johnson took over the Cowboys years ago, one of the first things he did was have the defense run timed sprints. Then he cut the slow ones. He knew there is nothing as important as speed on defense. We have no speed, especially at linebacker.

The defense is bad. Really bad. I don’t see it getting any better next season.
