I went simple on the ahi. EVOO, salt, pepper...flashed some spinach. Fridge to plate in about 10 minutes.

Yes, pretty easy and inexpensive if you already have all of the ingredients and it's only for a few people, if not, you'll be better off buying a cheap Kraft or "store brand".

So, I was looking for something different for a pot roast and came across this, Behr. Made me think of you. Check out #2 on the list of ingredients. If they had added to cook the meat in grape seed oil, it would have sealed the deal.

Behr what's a good relatively easy way to BBQ ribs? I've done a lot of grilling before but never tried ribs and was looking for some expert advice.
