GP was a better lockdown defender. He's probably the all-time greatest lock-down defender. That doesn't make him a better defender, though. I am not saying CP3 is a better defender.

Iverson was a pretty good defender. He was a help defender, though. He couldn't play on the ball D like GP or even CP3.

Stockton was underrated as a defender (even though he won multiple defensive honors), but I wouldn't call him lock down. He was good on the ball and great off the ball.
