True story, this happened the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I went out to dinner with a group of 3 others and one of the men there ordered a medium ribeye. When the food was brought to the table, he cut into his steak and had the server take it back. He asked the server how long had the chef been working at the restaurant... said he must not have been working there long enough if he can't tell the difference between a ribeye and a New York Strip. The waiter sent it back to the kitchen. 10-15 minutes later, the waiter comes back with another plate. The guy looks at it again and says that it isn't a ribeye.
It is hard enough to make people of normal intelligence happy, but impossible to make a moron customer happy that sent back 2 perfectly cooked, medium ribeyes all because he didn't know what the hell he was ordering. Also, just speaking for myself, I don't know about anybody else, but if I ordered a ribeye and a New York Strip came out instead... I'm not gonna complain too much, but thats just me.
My point in saying all of that is even when you give people what they want, they still complain.
