True, but kids get dinged in the rankings for poor grades all the time, and that has no bearing on their natural talent either. If they ding a kid for poor grades and how it could affect his ability to get/stay eligible, I wouldn't be surprised to see them ding a kid for an injury if they feel he is prone to injuries (which would justifiably affect his ability to stay on the field).

I'm not saying either case is right either. IMO, the rankings should reflect talent, and talent alone.

Don't forget if they don't attend certain camps. Somehow their talent diminishes if they can't get a ride to a service's sponsored camp.

I'm back to thinking UGA has the lead.

We got UT and Butch pulling out all the stops to get a leg up.

Meanwhile, Richt is over there smoking cigars and putting his feet up on a leather ottoman because he knows this deal is sealed. He hears about this financial aid agreement from Malone on the phone, chuckles, and says, "Butch wants you to do what? ahahahah that silly SEC rookie. Yeah, sure, let's sign one of those too. Send it over at your convenience my man."

Put the Funny Weed down. Malone is a Vol in the end.

"WR JOSH MALONE, GALLATIN (TENN.) STATION CAMP
Coming into the fall, there were still questions about whether Malone was just a "camp guy" or truly a dominant wide receiver. He more than answered those questions, leading his team to the second round of playoffs while recording 71 receptions for 1,404 yards and 19 touchdowns. He also had two interception returns for touchdowns as a defensive back, showing that his good hands aren't just limited to use on offense. He faces double and sometimes even triple coverage, but if the ball is thrown his direction, it's rare that he doesn't go up and get it."

Is Rivals doing the “Best Hands” and “Most Accurate” things for their ratings or are those just some subscription bait?
