25 NFL GM's? That's a lot. I hope Butch is here for a long time but if he does leave I could see it being for the NFL and I thought this before reading that. Especially if the spread offense takes off.

I don't see him leaving for a different cfb job. I think he truly loves it here and he was serious when he said this was his dream job. I just see him as more of a college coach where he's in a CEO type role as a HC with a strength in recruiting and relating to younger kids. Kinda like little Nicky.

I wasn't sure if that meant 25 GMs or just 25 GMs, coaches, and players combined. But if 25 GMs texted him after a win that's pretty impressive.

And I'd agree. I doubt he'd take another CFB job, though long term if things go well I could see interest from the NFL. But I think he's here to stay.

I even cursed him when he "demanded" to move back to RB.

No way Saban leaves Bama. He's a smart guy and knows how dumb that fanbase is. They'll kill him if he leaves, especially for another college job. And by "kill," I mean poison him with Spike 80DF.
