How where they?

Delicious and large. These freaks were almost two inches once I got them out of the package. I seasoned them with a little freshly ground sea salt, black pepper and a garlic and herb mix. Rubbed a small bit of olive oil on them and cooked them low and slow. When the juices started to run clear, I turned off the heat and left them in for a few more minutes. Juicy and tender. Thanks for the low and slow, I forget that part sometimes.

Lulz

That's what she said!

can you give the details, looks good

I can describe what I saw RV do. Whole potato sliced but not all the way through. Press garlic butter & olive oil between all the slices+salt and pepper (oil keeps butter from burning) bake 30 minutes. Take out then stuff crisped bacon crumbles in all the slices and bake another 30 minutes. Take out again and sprinkle shredded cheese all over them then stick back in the oven to melt & brown the cheese. Take out and devour!!!!

Seriously, the potatoes sound really good and probably looked even better, but ask KW if it would have been easier and just as good to have done .........

Prolly. She's all about trying out new recipes and modifying them though.
She really liked the presentation of the Hassleback.

I posted a gif and it didn't work either.

Wal-Mart in Ft Myers and Cape Coral have removed Sriracha from their shelves. Before they did, it was $2.64. The Publix that I go to had two bottles left on Tuesday at $4.99..today they have none! :loco:
