Breaking Bad on amc

To be honest, I'm kind of worried they will be a bit of a letdown. Last episode was just so awesome.

I think these last two episodes will be good, if not great, but its like a druggy who gets high for the first time vs repeated uses. Ozymandias was like someone using Blue Sky for the very first time, after that it's never going to be as good.

I'm just going to come back over here to this thread because the football forum is depressing and insane.

At least we still have BB. For 120 more minutes......

Wow.... the founders of Gray matter saying that ****. Who would've thought that's his epiphany moment and what drove him over the edge? I absolutely love how this show just keeps filling up tiny loopholes.

Am I the only one who thinks he ends out going to the hospital or place Ted is in and offs him for ****ing his wife? I would take ten minutes of that as a warm up or cold open in the next episode, wouldn't you guys? No loose ends.

And obviously, them killing Andrea... wow. Jesse has to be the unluckiest ***** in the world, right? If he sees walter to save him, no chance he doesn't get offed now.

Todd for coldest villain ever?

Walt is about to go full on Heisenberg next week. Lydia selling his meth, the founders of Gray Matter saying that shiz, the nazis. His legacy has been tarnished, and he's pissed.

Next week is set up to be epic. I hope the writers don't disappoint. Can't imagine that they will...

This is a summary from a facebook fan page I'm stealing to show you guys, Absolutely think it hits every nail on the head.

SPOILER ALERT:

It has always been about Graymatter.
The banality of being a family man and a strong part of the community cannot compare to the empire he started.
Walter resents his family - they are a liability to his success.
They represent his weakness: love, and love will leave you vulnerable.
As GrayMatter grew, his quality of life began to shrink.
The opposing forces and contradictions are a constant.
People normally ask: "how can he say he still loves his family?" Well, he's trying to find a balance between the two.
He can justify his pride and evil acts with family, just as he tried to justify leaving GrayMatter with family.
Family is a tool to unlock the little bit of humanity inside of him. Once he loses that, there is nothing left to balance.
There are no more opposing forces and he can finally admit what he is..

"Walter is a genius with a sweetheart. He gave all he had for this company. Definitely an integral part of the beginnings. It was such a sweet gesture to sell his stock so he could buy his wife a wedding ring. We missed him, but I was so happy to see him settle with the right person. He and I had a romantic past, but that's all over. The money was never important to him - it was always helping others, the company, his family. HELPING OTHERS. NEVER HIMSELF. He left very early, so we can't attribute all our success to him, but his spirit and love for chemistry permeates in us all."

This is what has been screaming in his head the entire time.
The remarks on the television brought it all to the surface.
He's proved that there is much more to him than a clean-cut meek chemistry teacher.

This is going to be a very interesting finale.

This episode swung me back to Walt's side. I don't think I want him to "get away" with it, but I am pulling for him to finish the job on the Nazis and get the money to his family. Walt has to die in the end. I think Jesse will survive. I really liked this second to last episode. Can't think of a single flaw.

OT, but does anyone watch Low Winter Sun? It's not a bad show but they made a huge mistake putting it after BB. I get why they did it but it's like going from a heavy metal concert to an economics lecture.

It has some great acting, but they miscast the internal affairs character for how they wrote his part. Kind of cheap plot twists that his character presents on a consistent basis. If they're gonna do that, I'd like to have seen a better, stronger actor. But the trade off would be a show that centers too much on that character instead of Mark Strong. I hope that makes sense.

Everyone else is great in it.

Actually I find Lennie James to be annoying on this show; which is weird because he's an awesome actor. It's not his fault it's whoever is writing his dialogue. He just gets annoying when he breaks out into his speeches where he sounds like a preacher. It was cool the first couple of times he did it but it got old. He's much better when he's reeled in a bit.

Yeah. It does get old. I mean, I get it but it's past time to tone down the outward justification of his inner sh!ttiness.
