So we've got 8 commits in the top 250. 3 of those in top 66. That right?

What does Henderson have to do to make the 250? That's a joke right there smh

Mike Farrell ‏@rivalsmike 48s
correct we have eight of them @shuvroroy: @rivalsmike New 4 stars (outside the 250) tomorrow, right?

The most impressive thing about this list IMO is that they dropped because other people jumped them, not because the evaluators didn't still see talent. In other words, it says more about the people who jumped them than about the commits who dropped.

I think you're right and we still have their senior seasons before us. BTW, this Saturday Mouhon plays on ESPN at 7 PM eastern time.

Curious, are either of the Berry bro's in the 250? Have to think at least Evan has a shot with his measurables no? Maybe after a strong season even tho he may be hurt by playing out of position, jmo.

The ceiling is 7 and that is a stretch...and like you said, if a QB steps up and has a good year.

If that doesn't happen it could easily be 4-5 wins. ..

Yeah I think where we go on that pendulum will hinge on if a QB steps up and if they do when they do it

also if that happens I think we are set up well for 2014

at that point it would be reasonable to expect big upgrades at WR/TE as you don't lose anyone and you bring in a lot of talent in this recruiting class to those positions - big upgrades at RB with Hurd coming in - I think LB will be upgraded, several new reruits with the speed we have lacked at that position, JRM will help in year 2, good juco prospect - upgrade at DE, top juco DL in country coming in, Jwilliams and Cvereen another year to progress - big upgrade in DB situation, bringing in lots of talent to compete with CB and mcneil/randolph will both be upperclassmen with a lot of talent

so if we can find a QB there is a lot to work with - I think the OL will be capable next year and that is all you need if the skill positions are talented enough and we will have a lot of talent at the skill positions in 2014

also just another year in the system will really help - I am hopeful this year can surprise me, but in 2014 i really think we can be setup to have a good year

Paging Ron, POA, OCI, whoever

With Helm jumping to #110 and now the #1 TE how many #1 players at their position does that make(counting juco's)?

Helm
Weatherd (#1 juco LB)
Lauderdale (#1 overall juco, right?)
Lambert (#1 composite DE, right?)
Medley?

And isn't K Jackson the next best juco WR after Lauderdale?

idk why everyone thinks Lauderdale is the #1 JUCO WR. Dhaquille Williams is the #1 overall JUCO player and hes a WR

EDIT: on 247 Lauderdale is ranked the #3 JUCO WR
EDIT #2: Jackson is the #7 JUCO WR on 247

Scout is the only place I have noticed that has Lauderale as the #1 WR. They have Williams as the #2 WR and they have Hill as the #1 Juco as an APB.
