They will not be able to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. He'll walk

Yeah, I think he walks easily. I thought that from the moment they charged him with second degree. Much too ambitious.

I think Zimmerman gets railroaded. I think second degree is a compromise to make it happen. I hate to say it like that, but I think that is what happens.

LG has been plunking us all along. He's been defending Zimmerman this whole time.

Opening statements begin in Zimmerman trial - CNN.com

On February 26, 2012, Zimmerman left his home in his car to go to a store. The 28-year-old called the department's nonemergency line to report "a suspicious person" in the neighborhood. Officials told him not to get out of his car or approach the person.

I hope the facts presented in the trial are more accurate than portrayed here as it's simply inaccurate. He was already out of his vehicle, was instructed "we don't need you to do that" when he told them he was following TM and then, in fact, stopped.

I was surprised to hear they charged him with murder, not manslaughter. What is with overzealous FL prosecutors in big time cases?

It's irrelevant though. I have no legal obligation to listen to a 911 operator.

A case where "keepin it real" goes wrong. That's all. At least TM's mom will get her wish of justice being served.

Depends on what you call "relevant". The prosecution is going to use anything and everything they can conjure to create the image of GZ as a cop-wannabe with a boner for armed confrontation. In that context that sort of thing could be considered part of an overall narrative that would be relevant.

On the other side of course is if any of that is supported at all by actual evidence. As stated earlier however even if one WERE to try to use the "We don't need you to do that" line against GZ all the 911 transcripts I've seen strongly indicates that not only was GZ already out of the vehicle but released all contact with TM at that point.

No, how's it going?

a lot of fighting over Zimmerman's family in the court, and one of Z's witness took the stand, and said TM's dad cussed him in the hallway coming into the court room 2 weeks ago

the prosecutor is on his second witness

#1 was TM's dad's girlfriends son, that was playing video games with him prior to TM going to 7-11

#2 is the clerk that was working 7-11 and sold him the drink and skittles

they've showed an aerial map showing the location of the Apartment he was visiting, and where the 7-11 is

I get doing it in chronological order.

Not sure what you are saying that a Zimmerman witness took the stand -- its the State's case now. And not sure what the argument with the Dad is about. Was that outside the presence of the jury? Zimmerman's people trying to get the judge to put the Dad on lockdown?

not sure either, he was on the stand when I turned it on, and it seemed to be in the courtroom, not sure if the jury was present, they didn't show them or mention it

I don't see anything on the local news page about it. Probably the defense just asking the judge to tell other side to cool it, worried about intimidation.
