The bolded directly contradicts what Vol74 has said about Malone.

I hope that he still listening hard to what we have to sell.

I don't buy the Marlon Brown cop-out argument. I think this is one of the most important recruits to our class. JMO, of course. He fits the bill of a WR that we just don't have in the class at this point.

There is a reason why Malone is dominating at these camps. Josh is being taught every trick of the trade by a former NFL player who is also the father of a former Vol. He is as good as it gets in teaching Malone how to play his position and beat defensive backs and find holes in coverage.

Why don't you just spit out the name of this former NFL player that you have spoken about on a few occasions, and be done with it?

I welcome all information. But your method of communicating this information is terrible.

You are entirely to vague with your "insider information", and simply come across as someone who knows nothing and is trying too hard for some ECred.

If you have any news or information on Josh Malone's recruitment, by all means let VN know. I know everyone would be more than willing to hear it.

I believe you have some quality news about J.Malone. You just need to directly say it though, and quit avoiding it. Fix your delivery, and i'm sure VN will more willingly accept your posts.

Exactly. This ish kills me. People think if they are mysterious about giving out a name that it will make them more of an insider. Why in the blue hell would it matter if we knew who was coaching him? It doesn't....unless you want to be that person that "knows something no one else knows."

Every year we have these so called insiders in the recruiting forum that have "inside info". Most times than not they are just trolling and the info doesn't have any merit.

Also Ray Mears was the guest speaker at one of my basketball banquets and he watched some films of some of our games and spent several hours at our school and he said he loved the way I play defense cause I was our defensive stopper against the quick 5,8 guards or 6,7 center and I do not live in Knoxville I could just imagine all the Vol fans that live around Knoxville how many players they run into it does not always mean we or they get inside info. But if you are really friends with those guys I am sorry I was just trying to make a point.

UCLA has been pretty good on the recruiting trail last year and so far this year. Love for them to beat USC around every year. But I hope Josh doesn't end up out there. Would love for him to stay home and join our rise to the top. Great to hear he has been talking to the commits we have, as we have heard reports of some not getting along. I hope the boys and CBJ can make him see we are going to make a run at greatness.
