I did get the entire bunch of kale washed and prepped though. I'll blanch it and freeze it tomorrow night.

When asked about a recipe, I conveniently leave out a major ingredient. Like my Lobster Bisque.

My point is, don't blanch the kale longer than 10-15 seconds.
