If that's the case, maybe you were actually onto something earlier even if you were mentioned the NDAA and the courthouse.

The only other thing I can think is that there are accomplices that they want to nab as well and it might make it more difficult to get them if they (the accomplices) know someone has already been taken into custody.

This is my gut feeling as to what is going on.

I also would have thought by now that they would be releasing pictures of people they want to talk to. I'm sure they have them after a few days of reviewing footage.

Maybe the FBI has the guy and has turned up way more than what they were expecting. That's my hunch at this point. If they are dealing with someone that was/is working with a group or is doing this at the request of a country (Iran, North Korea, etc....) then this could be a whole new can of worms.

Why would the FBI not release the pictures of the "two people of interest" to the public? They said it was for law enforcement eyes only.

Wouldn't you think releasing to the public would turn up those people much faster?

My thinking too. Could be more cells in the country ready to do it again. Feds need intel.

What if they released their photos and then a lynch mob got a hold of them before the police could and it turns out they both were completely innocent. Might want to try the police only route before asking the general public for help.

Or maybe the guy they thought was the guy turned out to be innocent after all the intensive questioning. Or maybe they are just taking there time to make sure they have all the facts before they rush any news that could be damaging. Anyone besides me think that? Lord!
