My T is extremely low! A very depressing discovery. I rekon I'm ok to sit and pizz now. I dunno??
Start exercising the large muscles. T is helped by that. Squats, leg presses etc. Try to avoid replacement because your body will stop making T if you get from another source and will not return. Unless you have no alternative.
