The announcer keeps saying Bama and Georgia are the front runners. Would he really go to Bama with Henry already committed there and Georgia with their two sophomore running backs?

Kamara looking impressive. Unfortunately we are probably 4th on his list. I don't think we have a prayer unless something crazy happens within the month.

Gotta have this kid! He's a bit bigger than I thought he was. Could carry a little more weight well at the next level.

After tonight I honestly feel like this kid is a green level target for this offense. He is the perfect fit for butch jones offense. Green and Kamara would be outstanding combo. Kamara should give serious thought to TN versus slot WR at bama.

I know he's not afraid of competition, but if playing early is a big deal, UT should be the choice.

He's instantly the big man on campus, and he starts from the jump.

This is me thinking with my orange tinted shades on, but I think it's pretty logical ..

Whoa now. He's good, yes. Would probably get some playing time, yes. But if you think that Neal and Lane would just roll over and die and this kid start automatically, no way. Sorry. Just don't see that. I hope we get him, and I think he would see valuable snaps, but I don't see him starting immediately.

He would start immediately, because he's that good. Lane and Neal are average. Kamara is elite.

I'm not saying they'd "roll over and die," I'm saying Kamara would out-perform them.

He is elite on a high school level. I'm not saying he wouldn't come in and do well here, and I'm not even disagreeing with you.

But being "elite" in high school doesn't automatically mean "elite" in college. Especially over guys that have 3-4 years of experience.

I hope that he does commit and sign with us and does well. But I'm just saying, we too often anoint these guys as elite or starters or Heisman winners, before they ever play a snap. It does nobody any good.

He's a great High school back. We'd be lucky to have him come in and compete. Let's leave it at that.
