Not going to pile on. You're good people. I would like to ask, as much as you can elaborate, what information lead you to believe that Gruden was in play, from when, and what happened to fsck that up.

Other than the loss to Dooley a couple of years ago, what is so bad about Butch Jones? Big East coach of the year 2X? 1st place finishes in 4 of 6 years (or something like that)? He wants to be here! Let's get behind our new coach! I am looking forward to seeing what he can do! :good!:

Was there a late push by the boosters to get Gruden done separate of Hart.

I am a true Tennessee fan and I will support the coach and the players. All these people in here putting Jones down before he even gets here. If everyone in here knew so much about football and coaching, then why are you guys not coaching? The only way we are going to turn this program around is to be there with full support.

Guys, Hart made the choice that pleased the most people.

For starters, the Cincinnati players must be thrilled. Most of them expected to get to play for Bryan Kelly. Next, Alabama fans are thrilled- when Saban bolts for the NFL they won't have to worry about a lag in their success as we won't be posing any threat. And on and on it goes.
