Any one see this kid last night? Beech RB Jalen Hurd finishes his JR season with 3,357yds and 43TDs. Loves Ohio St. When asked about UT he said He didn't know DD that well and UT can't sell tradition to kids his age. He said they only know what has happened in the past 4-5 years and that hasn't been good at UT.

No reason to bad mouth Hart at this point. A coach hasn't been hired yet. Lets wait and see what happens. The Gruden thing isn't over, even though there are a lot of fans that want to be butt hurt today over what transpired yesterday and act like it is a done deal.

Yeah because dd was a terrible recruiter in state.

But you must agree that without their precious $$$$ the UT football program would fade into oblivion!

Obviously I like where you're coming from (So you're saying there's a chance?) But I think it's safe to assume that Hart dropped the ball here and I cannot understand how he has not been fired yet.

Yesterday was a very good day making sure your post is wrong. The reasonable fan has now moved on and will support another hire.

Hurd will most likely be the #1 recruit in the country for 2014... he's not going to UT.

It goes both ways there too and sounds like a LOT OF the problem to begin with. 1.9 million in the ath reserve when all our heavy hittin sec brethen have 100-200 million. Seems like not too much give to the ath side of things I guess they don't care too much about them. I just pray this isn't the case. IN HART WE TRUST EVERYBODY ELSE STAY OUT OF THE WAY??? Is that how it's supposed to be. GO VOLS!!:no:

Along that same line of thinking, what is going to happen to all the alleged money from the Gruden deal? Supposedly, the boosters earmarked that money for Gruden, not any half wit mediocre coach Hart happens to be in Love with. When Hart is ready to pull the trigger, will there be any funds?

Well you have been taking swipes at "boosters" and that they should know their roles and let Hart do his job. If my biggest client recommended a certain individual to say be a consultant and that consultant had a very good resume and I was given the resources to retain that individual, I would be well served to follow the recommendation. Otherwise the client might kick my proverbial behind to the curb.

Just saying!
