I may be a little confused on who the og's are, but skeeter, oldvol, bcarter have said it's looking bad. I think bcarter's words were "it's abundantly apparent that it's over". I think yay4bray has said he no longer believes. I think even boro said it was time to "flame" him.

Yet we are still interviewing them according to Hubbs. Gruden says he is staying at espn and the world says it done. I call BS. If it ain't done with the others, it ain't done with Gruden.

I have never said I would move on... what I have said is I was at 100% untill gruden ot the AD said no and then I would be at 80%

After UF game the big boosters had a secret meeting with Gruden. Asked him what he needed money wise and admin wise. Fast forward some and after many more talks a deal is agreed upon and an MOU is signed agreeing upon the terms needed for Gruden to coach at UT. These meetings were between Gruden and the boosters and no one else. The boosters take this to Hart and tell him who they want and what is needed.

That is the gist of it. Believe it or not but jay and OV can back me up on that. This all happened and is 100% fact.

One big problem. They cant tell an AD what to do when he is going rogue. He will get to pick his coach and if it fails he's fired. If he had accepted the boosters choice he would not have been fired if it failed. Dont forget State laws are working for Hart. This is not private business. I do think your theory is exactly what happen. I could not have said it better. I dont blame carter or the others as they were simply listening to folks they thought to be in the know. What I dont get is why Hart choose silence. It's obvious Gruden liked the publicity. I'm not convinced Gruden ever intended to come to the college level to coach. He suks in my eyes now. Along with ESPN.

After today, I remember a few weeks ago reading tony b blog. Something stuck out to me when reading it. He said the big money is controlling this, don't be surprised if hart steps in and stops it. Now I'm not sure if that's what happened, but it sure seems fishy too me.

Kept calling Hart a wildcard in all this. I refused to believe Hart would be any problem because I figured he knew which side his bread is buttered on. Not sure anymore of anything.

I will firmly testify that has been Coasty's position as long as I remember. I have actually adopted a similar position.
