The waiting game of the AD department could be what killed or put this deal on hold. In the last day or two Auburn has fired their coach while news is Arkansas has offered Miles 5.5 million a year. Which now LSU has countered with a pay raise and an extension. If Gruden and Tennessee had a deal on the table he probably saw where the price tag might need to be a little higher. Hart might have left his hand on the table a little to long.

Once again...why doesn't Hart say in the pc when he fires Dooley...."media guys i know u.folks r gonna be all over about, Gruden....i will say he is not a candidate...so dont ask"! Boom done....Hart would be off hook everyone moves on.then if he lands Gruden secretly..he is a god! I just dont get the PR move here at all! It just makes no sense at all!

I've seen nothing so far to change my thinking. Let me get this straight Hyams and Hubbs talk about a meeting getting cancelled makes people think it isn't happening?? There have been plenty of speculation but little consistency with any of the local media. The OG's said look for a LOT OF MISDIRECTION in the closing stages, what I'm sayin I haven't seen anything that makes me believe any more or less at this point!!
