I agree, his "Non-denial" and wanting to move on after addressing it for 15 seconds confirm my confidence a la Meyer, Saban, etc....

I've said it would be an absolute nuclear blast if it comes to pass.

I'm starting to worry the opposite reaction could be just as bad if this is handled as poorly as it sometimes appears to be.

I'm officially getting to where Gary Patterson might be the only realistic name that could keep me from being furious if Gruden isn't hired.
And I've tried to be one of the realistic/sane ones around here.

It's ok they just broke photoshop. It was soundly discredited by some folks on here already. It is a REALLY bad job. I would expect much better from a prestigious institution such as Webb.

IMO, I think he was denying the Browns thing. That may be where the aggravation came from. Also, Ainge and JayBay are leaning toward more Gruden.

I gotta say...I have been one that doesnt think Jon is coming....BUT...that may be the weakest denial I have seen in sports lately....He's really leaving the door opening...still not ready to say he's coming but that was an opportunity to shut this thing down and he just didnt do that....WE SHALL SEE!!!...and I agree....NO WAY NEWS CHANNEL THREE IN MEMPHIS HAS THIS SCOOP!!!!!
