IMO the "og's" successfully trolled volnation and the Knoxville media. While funny, it will also make the actual hire look very underwhelming in the eyes of SEC forum goers. I don't think they all intentionally gave bad info, but even bad info can spread quickly and come from formerly trusted sources. If anyone has substantial evidence otherwise I would be more than welcome to it. Gruden would be a home run hire, but I just dont see the evidence pointing to it as a legitimate possibility.

This thing has gone down just like most of the ogs have said. The boosters were the ones who brokered the deal and then took it to Hart. If there is a problem, it is not with Gruden it is with Hart. If that turns out to be the case then Hart is done here.

Any media member that cites a message board as a "source" for any report that they go on to publish deserves to lose their credentials.

Substantial evidence? Keep on looking, kid. The OG's have given their opinions and, in varying degrees, pertinent information on how they came to those conclusions. That's the only evidence to be found for now.
