Also there is a minimum time frame the job has to be open - something like 10 days or two weeks I think.

As a state run institution ut must follow certain guidelines.

I was saying...in less words...that wrong would be a harsh word to place on SBV, considering his reputation. He's right with a small detail that might very well prove to be inaccurate. And a simple fyp would be appropriate.
