No link but hearing Virginia Tech and UNC.....come on down....welcome to the SEC. Thought there might be some reaction from SEC and other ACC members to Maryland and Rutgers joining Big 10.
I was born in North Carolina and grew up a Heels fan. I just don't see a UNC to SEC move happening, but who knows. Money always talks, but I still just don't see it. Then again, I couldn't have imagined Maryland (charter member) leaving the ACC either.

That actually makes some sense. No link but hearing Virginia Tech and UNC.....come on down....welcome to the SEC. Thought there might be some reaction from SEC and other ACC members to Maryland and Rutgers joining Big 10.
I am not stamping it's validity. Just throwing out what I heard. It came out of Birmingham (SEC HQ) from a leak or otherwise. Now spreading on AU and TAM boards.
TT has a grating personality. He is not a particularly nice person to say the least.
I have to disagree. Granted I'm not one of his football players but he use to be the coach of my travel baseball team... the Knoxville Fire. He was a great guy. He would even help our left fielder with his class work. I spent almost 3 years with him, so I think I know him pretty well.
Not trying to argue. I just got to experience it first hand, and he isn't a snake in the grass like everybody assumes.
Still doesn't change Chiz's firing.
Only way Bama doesn't lay 50 on us this weekend is because it is in Saban's best interest for Chiz to stay. Here's a quote lil nicky made today in Montgomery Advertiser.
@MGMAdvertiser: Saban: "I personally think Gene Chizik has done a really good job."
I checked several boards and there is no mention of Mizzou and Arkansas looking at the Big 12. They would be fools to do so, especially with the SEC money coming their way.
That is just a bunch of talk. Missouri was treated badly by the Big 12 and now the Big Ten, who turned their noses up at Missouri two years ago, is looking around for more fits for expansion. I do not see that happening when the SEC is about to get a new TV deal that will pay Mizzou millions more than what they could ever get from the Big 12.it won allow me to post the link from 247 Rumormill but it talks about schools and possible moves. Rumoredthe Big 12 has talked to Arky and Arky has talked with them..about new TV rights $$$$,Champions Bowl and Mizzou coming along w/ FSU and Clemson.
