I work as a server at Olive Garden in Southaven for now. I'm getting my degree in criminal justice before I go to the Army to be a Delta SL. My uncles were boosters for UT and still live in Knoxville, so I keep a lot of ties in Knox. NWCC asked me to play QB and i had to say no. I need the money. 34 ACT and a 186 IQ wasted at a CC.

I also drink quite heavily at UT games, but the Troy game was the first one in several years I have gone by land to and actually "tailgated".

Is there still an out for him or is it binding? Not a lawyer either. haha

I think once you reach this point everything is settled. It means they won't come back and ask for something else at the last moment.

This explains the growing media buzz. Shizz is getting real enough for them to mention it.

Truth be told, even the most "iron clad" contract has an out. It is just a matter of enforcing the exact penalties that occur for breach. Typically a Memorandum of Understanding just lays out the general framework under which the talks will move forward, so in a way it is a contract. I believe we have had several coaches operate under a MOU for a season until the contract was drafted, approved and signed.

Courts will rarely, if ever, specifically enforce a service contract. If the courts could force you (generally) to provide a service that is laid out in a contract there would be some real issues with long abolished ideas such as slavery. The typical remedy is just to adjudicate the matter and then pay for the breach.

I say once ESPN reports on it, you know the deal is done. It will make them hate UT even more, to psychotic levels.

Boom, and I do not use that term loosely.

No one cares about your made up iq or ACT scores

Actually a client of my wifes company gets it. He is from Campbell County. I am a Summer drinker, on the lake. I rarely if ever drink in the winter or at home. He brings it all Winter and we drink it all Summer. Have 6 Jars right now lol.

I'm from Campbell County, so I imagine there's a pretty good chance we're drinking the same stuff.

These are the guys that have said Tennessee. Most of them have said it today and Duckman is talking about how the Gruden stuff has gone public for Arkansas today. Really? Sure doesn't look like it.

It's like he's using everything said about Tennessee and saying it's Arkansas.
