I haven't intended to insult you, and I mean that with all sincerity. I truly don't understand why anyone gets so prickly when they post information anonymously on a message board and wonder why people might not believe them or prod for more information.

This! Not sure why it's so hard to understand why those of us that have been around long enough to be burned many times by insiders are a little skeptical of so many ppl with sources.. No disrespect is intended.. Just something u develop after playing this game so many times before.

Well, like all young men when confronted with an extremely attractive woman, logic and reality go out the door when other parts are thinking for you.

;)

We really do have a good relationship, and she actually wears UT orange as long as the two schools aren't playing. I, on the other hand, refuse like a petulant child, to ever support Florida. I have even gone to see UF and Vandy play. Wife wanted me to pull for UF, I couldn't do it so I just went wearing normal clothes and stayed seated the whole game. That was the best compromise that I could make even though I didn't know who I wanted to lose more.

This sounds like something I would do- luckily my wife coul give 2 craps about CFB and sports in general!

More to the point whenever she does make me go to one of "her" events I pout like a 3 year old in time out!

Maybe if you weren't so smug you would get better results. Instead you insult while you're asking for info. You want to tell me what I don't really know while you are trying to find out what I do know. It is fun for a while, but it does get tiresome.

I feel ya. My boss's family are all notre dame fans....but I converted her.

Saved one of my nephews too.

Seeing the give and take on this board reminds me of this scene from Monty Python. Most of us have been the witch, the mob, or the knight at some point, and the logic is about as solid.
