Anybody that follows recruiting knows that relationships with recruits and high schools is one of the most important factors with a few exceptions.

1. School has a strong instate talent base with kids that would tend to lean instate no matter who the coach is. This does not fit us, as on a good year we only have a handful SEC caliber players.

2. The coach has a personality that generates a buzz around a program and gets recruits excited like Kiffin, Carroll, and Franklin. Patterson has done nothing in his time at TCU to make anybody think that he would fit this mold.

3. A coach has a strong track record that has recruits believing they will be guaranteed to be playing for championships in his time here. Patterson has had a good career no doubt, but his name would not resonate with potential recruits like a Nick Saban, Jim Tressel, etc.

So no, it is not a bogus reason in anyway whatsoever.

She is a Siamese mix. Aside from the defecation and urination issues she is awesome. She lets my four year old tote her around without protest. She just goes flaccid (insert wiener joke here.)

Your too nice to joke on. Cool cat. My parents have a Siamese mix I got them. Very unique animal.
