And yes, the obvious glaring red flag is that Dooley is still our head coach. There is no reason whatsoever he should still be on those sidelines with this team's performance, the effect it is having on ticket sales and our fanbase, etc. The fact Kentucky can fire their coach before we can is just pitiful. That fact alone makes me lack confidence this administration is going to get the other, more challenging aspects of this coaching search done. Every week this guy stays on our sidelines we dig our hole a little deeper. Simple as that.

Have you heard anything outside of Ainge's show period this morning?

I've only been able to reach two people since I heard. One was still positive, the other had been out if town this weekend and has heard nothing. Both are trying to find out what they can.

Also messaged with DTO....he is making calls. Our sources are different, but typically line up.

I have been in this all along... but boy I just don't know.... there is something bad wrong on the Hill if Gruden spoke with everyone that it has been reported he spoke to and now..... he is Not coming

There's a distinct difference between optimism and realism. I'm ready for Dooley to leave, as much as you, but Gruden was never going to come to UT. Sorry.
